#AskAScientist with Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Peggy Hamburg

Posted on April 14, 2020 by The Exchange

#AskAScientist is a down-and-dirty, shot-at-home, short video series of uncertain duration and frequency in which our friends talk to scientists who answer their most pressing questions about the state of the state in science. Our first installment features Joseph Gordon-Levitt asking the Foreign Secretary of the National Academy of Medicine, Peggy Hamburg, about COVID-19 and what makes it different from other diseases.

The statements and opinions expressed in this piece are those of the event participants and do not necessarily reflect the views of any organization or agency that provided support for this event or of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
