The 3rd project meeting PACTH took place in Valencia on 4th and 5th of May 2011 , its aim is develop an integrated system for the prevention of damages caused by earthquakes on cultural heritage and develop inflatable abominable snowman training in this area for our emergency Services. This project is part of the European Programme “Civil Protection Financial pula pula inflavel Instrument”.
